Join Hicca Glass for a hands-on workshop this LGBTQ+ History Month, learning how to make your very own stained glass decoration. We will explore how stained glass windows are made and learn about a stained glass LGBTQ+ icon, Mary Lowndes. Your expert tutor will guide you step by step on how to cut and grind glass, copper foil, solder and patina. At the end of the day, you will have your very own stained glass pride heart to take home with you.
Please note this workshop is suitable for those aged 18+. We will be using lead-free solder.
The workshop will have half an hour for lunch (not provided).
