About this Event
Join self-taught glass artist Alison Mowbray to make your very own geometric stained-glass, decorative window hanging.
In this workshop, you will learn the ‘Tiffany technique’ – a specialised copper foil soldering technique to bond your hand-cut glass panels.
Alison will guide you through each step, from how to cut your glass, grind, solder, polish and wax to make your own 4-panel design.
A traditional technique with a bright and bold modern twist.
This class is accessible for beginners and those looking to learn something new. Workshops are held in Space2 on the Ground Floor. There are limited tickets available to allow for social distancing.
Date: Saturday 21st August 2021
