About this Event
Join Kara and Pam for our inaugural class in Dayton with stained glass pet portraits!
That's right! Your favorite stained glass duo is traveling to Dayton to share our top-selling class with our friends next door.
Come make a glass rendition of your favorite pet with us.
This workshop is beginner friendly! You’ll learn to cut, shape, and solder glass into a unique piece made with love.
Once you register, send us a few photos of your pet (preferably facing the camera for best effect) and our team will get to work choosing the perfect color and texture of glass to match your pet’s unique features.
All pets are welcome! Send us your birds, cats, dogs, iguanas, and everything in between!
Each ticket is for a single seat only. While we love the idea of making art as a team, we will not be able to accommodate more than one person per ticket purchased.
Safety --
We use sharp instruments and fire in our classes. All students will be asked to sign a general waiver prior to the beginning of class.
All students under the age of 16 are expected to have a guardian with them unless otherwise coordinated.
Although we have a ventilation system and do our best to keep our customers safe, stained glass and jewelry classes that include soldering are not recommended for anyone during pregnancy.
THIS IS ART
We are going to get messy, break things, set things on fire, or whatever other fun trouble your class calls for. With this in mind:
Wear comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting messy, or bring something you can wear over your clothing. Aprons and gloves will be available, as well.
If you have long hair, bring a clip or tie so you can pull it away from your face and keep it at a safe distance from flames, paint, or moving parts of machines.
Come with an open mind and ready to learn.
Be kind and encouraging to others and yourself. Let’s have some fun!
Refund Policy --
Good Dea Craft School and their instructors work hard to create classes that are exciting, fulfilling, and full of knowledge for our customers. All materials for classes must be purchased well ahead of time. Considering this, cancellations within two weeks of a scheduled class are non-refundable. In the case of sold-out classes, there is a possibility that the cancelled seat can be filled. If this occurs, it is at the sole discretion of the instructor and Good Dea Craft School to offer credit toward a future class or a refund. We do our best to reduce cost to our independent artist instructors and appreciate your understanding.
