Stained Glass Lantern Workshop with Julie ZetinaDate and Time: Thursday, December 5, 6:30-8:30 p.m.
Location: SMAC Art Center, 7 Downing Street, Hollister, MO 65672
Experience level: Beginner to Advanced. Open to ages 12-adult. (Children 11 and under may take the workshop if accompanied by an adult.)
Fee: $60 per person (Hollister residents $30.00)
Add a beautiful lantern to your home décor this season that you’ve made yourself. In this Stained-Glass Lantern Workshop, Thursday, December 5, 6:30-8:30 p.m., you will choose numerous colors and shapes of tumbled glass to design a unique, elegant focal point for any room of the house. Throw a candle inside or a set of fairy lights and WOW... witness the magic of stained glass and light.
Julie Zetina will guide you in glass selection and design. Once you have your design adhered to the glass, Julie will then grout your piece off site and return it to the art center for pick up. Pickup time will be discussed during class.
All materials and instruction are included in the $60 fee. Hollister residents fee in half ($30) due to the generous grant from the City of Hollister Parks and Recreation Department. Hollister residents make sure to put the word “Hollister” in the coupon code box at checkout when you buy your tickets, to secure the discount.

Note: Examples used in the graphics may differ from the lantern you create. Your lantern will be unique to you, which makes it all the more wonderful. Tickets are non-refundable and only available through SMAC's website, do not buy from another source. One project per person.
