About this Event
In this 101 course you will learn the fundamentals of the art of stained glass in the Tiffany method style. Each participant will choose one of several beginner friendly patterns to bring to life!
The workshop will last 4 hours working together step by step as a group. Focusing about an hour to each step from cutting and foiling to grinding and soldering.
Stained glass is a labor intensive craft, please keep in mind you will be working with glass and standing for long periods of time while engaging with special equipment and tools. There will be a small break before starting in on the soldering portion of the process which will be hosted outside.
We encourage you to grab food and drinks from Nook before or during the break! Neither will be allowed during the soldering portion for safety. Come hang, art around, and learn a new skill that’s been around for centuries!
