About this Event
How often does someone tell a story that reminds you of one of your own, or inspires you to imagine something new? What if you had the time to write it all down?
Each night, a new guest performer will share a story in four parts. After each part, you’ll have time to write about what that part has inspired. As their story unfolds, you’ll be led toward new creative choices in your work, and find new ways for their story to inform and inspire your own.
This laptop-free/handwriting exercise will invite you to write something new, continue a work-in-progress, or see where the evening takes you. We'll finish the night with time to share what you've written. All genres are welcome, no matter your writing experience.
