Staff Compensation Training for Supervisors

Marquette’s Staff Compensation Structure Project is at the implementation phase. As part of this phase, a training has been created for supervisors of staff employees to review the supervisor’s role in this phase of implementation, how to communicate with employees, and how to answer common questions. Further resources will also be made available during this training. Please note that this training is only available to those that supervise staff employees not covered under a union bargaining contract.
