Staff / Customer Appreciation 9-Ball BashBack in 2023, we launched our Staff / Customer Appreciation night as an excuse to spoil our crew and give all of you a chance to do the same. Two years later it’s turned into a full-blown circus on felt: 57 players in 2023, 65 in 2024, and this year we’re cranking it up again. Shout out to Stephanie and Amanda for being our Rent-A-Tenders for the night along with Jason manning the fryers and grill in the back so staff can participate.
We’re throwing $250 into the 9-ball round robin pot, plus hundreds of dollars in bounties on any staff brave (or dumb) enough to play.
Your mission is simple:
• Buy them copious amounts of alcohol.
• Laugh at their questionable life choices.
• Then knock them out of the tournament and collect those sweet, sweet bounties.
Yes, there will be bounties on Sara and Tony too. Tony just had hip replacement surgery, so if you’ve ever wanted an advantage, this is your moment—he’s basically a walking, talking “free square” on your bingo card.
Come hang out, talk a little trash, do some karaoke if you dare with DJ Smoore, show the staff some love, and help us keep this goofy little tradition growing. You all are the best part of Break Time, and this is just one of the ways we try to say thanks for letting us be your home away from home.
In addition to everything already on the docket, Tony’s firing up the smoker for a complimentary Taco Bar buffet for staff and customers. Arrive hungry—we have a strict policy against leftover barbacoa and chicken tinga and we’d hate to see the buffet go unchallenged (but promise not to judge if you need a second helping).
