The winter is still lingering around but that's still not stopping us from running! See you on Wednesday for another Standard run!
***General information***
In this series of runs ("Stadsskogen run 2023") we are going to run at the light trail in the City Forest of Uppsala ("Stadsskogen") which is a loop of about 2.5km. The focus on these runs will be running techniques and working on basics running strength and stamina. For now we will alternate between two types of sessions: Standard Run or Interval Run. Strength exercises will be included in both types.
In both runs we start with warm-up for about 5min.
Standard run - We run at least 2 loops in the light trail and finsih with either a third loop or do more strength exercises.
Intervals - We start at the same place and will be doing the intervals in the city forest but not in the light trail loop. It will be varied set-up of intervals and explosive strength training exercises.

The run will only be on Wednesday's and for each run there will be an event to click in to attend. So make sure to look in the running group for the next event!
First run is open to attend for anyone with love for running. Otherwise to attend more runs you need to be part of a nation or sports organisation associated with a nation.
