Sell, Shop, Donate! If you wish to sell at the Stadium Community Yard Sale, you must pre-register. $10 minimum donation per stall, goes to Coffee Oasis to support homeless youth drop in center. First Presbyterian Church parking lot (accessed via G Street, across from Wright Park). Free to shop - in 2024 we had about 40 individual neighbors selling their personal household items, as well as a large are of donated items being sold on behalf of Coffee Oasis.
