Take some time to you realign. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting out, this class is suitable for all levels and all ages. Terms and Conditions for Participation in Sunny Grove Education Corporations's Mommy and Me Class by Stack Stretch Strengthen Yoga LLC.

1. Acceptance of Terms: By enrolling in Stack. Stretch, Strengthen Yoga, hereinafter referred to as the "Class," you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth herein.
2. Eligibility: Participants must meet all eligibility requirements set forth by the instructor or organizing entity of the Class. Including staying on-site with your child at all times. At-least one adult per child.
3. Payment: Payment for the Class is due in full upon registration. No on site payments will not be accepted. (1)Each Ticket covers one adult and one child. Each adult will need a ticket.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Participants may cancel their enrollment in the Class 24hours before event and is subject refund or forwarding of funds towards next Class, if approved scheduled by organizing entity in writing.
5. Intellectual Property: All materials, content, and intellectual property provided during the Class are the sole property of the instructor or organizing entity. Participants agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share such materials without explicit permission. More collaborations options/ideas are welcome for discussion with instructoe or organizating entity.
6. Hold Harmless: Participants agree to hold harmless and indemnify the instructor, organizing entity, and any associated parties from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from or related to participation in the Class. The intructor or organizing entity reserve "first choice" for any discrepancy, miscommunication, in-just or rule implimentation conflict with oportunity of resultion.
7. Assumption of Risk: Participants acknowledge and assume all risks associated with participation in the physical aspects of this Class, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
8. Disclaimer of Warranty: The Class is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. The instructor and organizing entity disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Due to unforseeable events, the instructor or organizing entity could cancel a Class and/or terminate all classes at-will. Refrence Refund Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the instructor, organizing entity, or any associated parties be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to participation in the Class.
10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without regard to its conflicts of law principles.
11. Modification: The instructor or organizing entity reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Participants are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions.
12. Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of the terms and conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

By enrolling in the Class, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not participate in the Class.
