About this Event
Please join us for our annual St. Thomas More Peddlers' Market on Wednesday, December 1 from 5-9 p.m. We invite crafters and vendors to display and sell their merchandise. Registration, tickets, and confirmations will all take place using Eventbrite. Our event is unique because it is a weeknight and in the past we have had hundreds of people attend. Our Peddlers' Market is located in the school gymnasium and the social hall. There are 50 tables in the gym and 33 tables in the social hall. The map will show both floors, table 1-50 is in the top portion of the map and the lower section of the map represents the social hall. Electricity can be provided to a few tables as indicated on the map. People do shop on both levels and all food,/drinks will be served downstairs. We will accept crafters and some party vendors. ONLY ONE VENDOR PER COMPANY, IE, ONE LULAROE, ONE LIPSENSE, ONE PAMPER CHEF, etc! Please include your company name in your registration!! Set up will begin at 3:30 after school. Due to school dismissal and safety, we ask that our vendors donate a small item, $10 value, to be used in our raffle during the event.
As always, upon arrival, check in with the hostess, you will be directed to your table. Student volunteers will be able to assist you in the unloading of your merchandise. After you unload your merchandise, you will be asked to move your vehicle to a side street. This allows customers to have adequate parking for shopping. Our event begins promptly at 5 p.m. We ask that nothing is to be displayed on the floor in front of your tables as this might be a hazard to customers.
We will be serving pizza, and soups at the event. There will be pop, water, and spirits available for purchase. We look forward to your participation. Thanks for supporting our school and parish.
We are monitoring parish guidelines regarding COVID 19, if this event is cancelled full refunds will be given.
