Friends and Family, I hope that you all will be able to join me (Joe Hoffman aka "The 8:30 Mass Greeter" at St. Pius X) on Sunday January 11 for a special fundraising event.
Half of the proceeds from the event will be donated to the Good Samaritan Ministry at my home parish St. Pius X Catholic Church in Mission, Kansas and the other half will go to my charitable program New Globe Productions, which is being developed to help educate and empower young people.
At the event, you all can purchase copies of my book of poetry and songs "I Walk Alone", photos that I've taken over the years, and various products that've been made from my photos.
The featured entertainment at the event will be dramatic readings of some of the poems and songs I've written that will be performed by students from St. Pius X (where I went to grade school and where I began writing).
