It’s time again for our annual Corned Beef Dinner! We have been hosting St. Patty’s Dinner every year that Amelia has been in the Club’s kitchen (well, except for those pesky high pandemic years) and we’re bringing it back again this year. We aways source our meat from Fells Point Meats and they corn their own briskets, which is seriously AWESOME. So much better than the commercially corned beefs sold otherwise, they are clearly much less processed and don’t have any artificial colorings.
