Liam Ash Cocktail Emporium partnered with Preservation Distillery in Bardstown, KY and the newly appointed Food and Beverage Director, Cole Liegel from The Trail Hotel to bring you an early afternoon of elevated food and whiskey pairings!
You'll start with a Welcome Cocktail provided for you from the team at Liam Ash, with a whimsical theme that you have come to expect from the bar that brought you smoke, fire, and fun garnishes! You'll then have an opportunity to talk to a brand ambassador from Preservation Distillery and ask questions, discover how each product is different, and hear history behind the brand.
3 courses expertly paired around the amazing spirits provided to us from Preservation Distillery and prepared for you by Cole Liegel, F&B Director at The Trail Hotel, for just a glimpse into new things coming to Bardstown, KY!
The Prefix Menu:
1st Course: Breakfast Toast
Grilled Brown Bread topped with a Honey and Fig Goat Cheese Spread, Tomato Basil Scrambled Eggs, Arugula, and drizzled with Bourbon Balsamic Glaze
2nd Course: Chicken & Waffles
Cornbread Waffle over Marscarpone Guacamole Crema, "Chip Shop Curry Sauce", over Pan Fried Chicken, with a Maple Bourbon Sidecar.
3rd Course: Cinnamon Roll Bread Pudding
Raisins, Dried Cherries, Bourbon Anglaise.
A sampling of premium Preservation Distillery liquids to be provided with each course. Not into whiskey's? That's okay! You can exhange your tastings for mimosa's !(limit of 2 for experience)
