Dress up in your greenest outfit or running gear and join our very own Irish treasure Colm Mulhern for a St Patricks Day run! There will be a suitably themed sweet treat at the end to all finishers!! You don't have to be Irish of course you can just join us for the Paddy's day celebrations and run as a family! You will still get a sweet treat and a warm welcome!Run details - A completely free 2K or 5k Run, Jog or Walk with a running track start and finish, Both distances are on a flat, multi terrain course suitable for all ages and abilities, We are on every Sunday with a 9am start. We also have a free car park, toilets, changing rooms, and free refreshments at the end.
