The Irish Catholic community in Savannah has and continues to celebrate the feast of St. Patrick the Patron Saint of Ireland since 1824. This year at 10:15 am on March 17th they begin the day by attending Mass at the Basilica Cathedral of St. John the Baptist. All are welcome to attend. While the parade itself is a fun event for the entire community They keep the foundation of Faith in the hearts as you celebrate this great day and St. Patrick who spread Christianity across Ireland.
