About this Event
St. Patrick’s Day Parade on Main Street is a family event to raise funds for local charities, awareness of our Irish heritage and highlight St. Charles’s community. The parade is founded on the Ancient Order of Hibernians creed of Friendship, Unity, and Christian Charity.
AOH supports many charities in the area, but a few include:

YOUTH IN NEED: monthly dinner for children and staff at the Saint Charles County Children’s Safe House.

CARE TO LEARN: Provide financial and food support for children in need at schools in Saint Charles County.

SAINT VINCENT De PAUL SOCIETY: Hibernians conduct a Green Carnation Day giveaway at every member’s home parish. All proceeds are directed to that parish own Society.

SAINTS JOACHIM & ANN Tri-County Care Center: Provide support for a family in need (usually monthly)
The parade will begin in the Lewis and Clark Boathouse Parking Lot, travel Boone's Lick to Main Street, turn right on Main Street and follow down to Clark. The parade will then turn right on Clark, where it will end. Floats will travel along Riverside Drive to return to the Boathouse Parking Lot.
