About this Event

Welcome to the St. Nicolas and St. Mary’s Primary School Mindfulness After School Club! Join us for a relaxing and fun session of creative art mindfulness activities every Tuesday of the spring term starting on Tuesday 7th January and finishing on Tuesday 1st April 2025 at 3.15- 4.15pm.

This event will take place at St. Nicolas and St. Mary’s Primary School and is for a maximum of 12 KS2 children. The club will be facilitated by a qualified child therapist.

At mindfulness club children will learn techniques to reduce stress, improve focus, and promote overall well-being. Your child can come and unwind with us after a long day at school!

Once you have purchased a space for your child, we will email you with a form for you to complete to gather further information regarding your child's specific needs and club collection arrangements.
