This is a community event that brings us together to share good food, laughter, and connect
About this Event
🌿
Scandi Communal Supper — A Taste of Togetherness
Inspired by Danish communal dining (Fællesspisning), our Scandi Suppers are all about bringing people together over good food, great conversation, and a relaxed, friendly atmosphere.
The idea is simple — we come, we chat, we eat.
These evenings are for everyone: come with friends, meet new ones, or just enjoy being part of something warm and welcoming.
🕯️
What to Expect
- A delicious buffet-style feast, served on shared platters
- One meat and one veggie main, with plenty of sides
- For our first feast: pie, roast potatoes, and seasonal veg, followed by fruit crumble for dessert
- A kids’ table with all-time favourites — dino nuggets and pizza slices — so no one goes hungry!
- Leftovers? Please take them home — we love zero waste!

Why We Do It
This is a community event, not-for-profit, and designed to bring people together in a sustainable way.
By eating together, we use less energy than cooking alone — and we create real connections that make our community stronger.
We all help out with clearing up at the end — it’s part of the fun and the spirit of the evening!
