Each year on the Sunday closest to Sept. 9, we remember the Sisters of St. Mary and the priests, doctors, nurses, and all who died of yellow fever in Memphis during the tragic days of Sept. and Oct. 1878. Join us at the Cathedral at 10:30am for a special Holy Eucharist and a pilgrimage to Historic Elmwood Cemetery following the service, where we'll enjoy a picnic lunch before gathering at the grave of the four sisters for a Litany of Remembrance.
