St Katherine's School Careers Fair

Students, parents and carers are invited to attend the St Katherine's School Careers Fair on Thursday 14th November.

We will be hosting employers from a range of industries (Deloitte, First Bus, Brandon Trust, Navy, House of Basketball, McDonalds, Michelmores, Police, NHS, HMRC) as well as post 16 and 18 education providers. (SGS College, City of Bristol College, Weston College, Boomsatsuma, Bimm, Digitech, St Brendan’s Sixth Form College) This will be particularly important for any Year 11 students making post 16 choices as all local providers will be here in one place.

This is a great opportunity to speak in person with potential employers and representatives from Higher Education institutions to find out about career pathways. You can collect information from companies, ask employers questions and learn from Higher and Further Education providers about what they can offer you.

In addition, there will be information sessions from Ask Apprenticeships at 17.00 and 18.00 and University of Bath will be running Understanding Student Finance sessions 17.30 and 18.30.

Top tip: make sure you speak to every exhibitor at the careers fair. You never know what jobs they may have on offer, so don’t just look at their pop ups and think they're not for you - go and have a chat!

The St Katherine's School Careers Fair is free to attend.
