He has honed his craft in some of the world's most prominent wine regions including the Barossa Valley, Hawke's Bay and Napa Valley.
Today, St Hugo wines are prized by wine collectors and connoisseurs the world over, and Hugo’s legacy is celebrated at the St Hugo cellar door in the Barossa.
Delight in canapés on arrival & a 3-course wine-matched dinner for only $120 per person. The Windsor’s Executive Chef, Anton Keyzer, has carefully curated a seasonal menu paired to each of the five St Hugo wines.
