About St Hedwig Retirement Village
Nestled in the heart of Blacktown, St Hedwig Retirement Village boasts a cherished 35-year history. Established by Sydney’s German-speaking Catholic communities, St Hedwig has long been a cornerstone of community support. In 2020, a merger with Catholic Healthcare marked a new chapter. The recent redevelopment includes 72 modern retirement apartments complemented by communal spaces such as a community room, gym, BBQ area, and gardens.
