I am going to led a couch 2 5k programme which will last for 10 weeks.This is open to anyone however, there will be a charge of £20 for anyone over the age of 16 to sign up. All money will go to the school fundraising account.
I have ran this programme successfully over the past 5 years and have helped hundreds of people go on to become regular runners.
No matter how fast or slow you think you are we will start and finish each night together and no one will ever be left behind.
