The state Qualifying show will start at 9 am. Check in will begin no earlier than 7 am - 9am only.. There will not be a second check in. You must have an original current coggins, not a copy, and an ASTEM-SEI approved helmet! You will be turned away without the original current coggins! Showmanship classes will run first including gymkhana showmanship. Pleasure Classes will run first. Gymkhana will start after the Pleasure classes with a brief break to set up the arena. Everyone will pay $5, at registration time (May 1) for a stall. You are required to clean your stall before you leave! Manure can be put in the pit. You will also be required to have your stall checked before you leave. Stalls are first come, first serve, no saving, and are assigned by the show stall manager.Clubs must pre-pay together to be stalled together. Your registration, class list and $35 nonrefundable registration fee will need to be turned in on May 1 by your leader. Every person showing will be required to bring a volunteer to assist with the show jobs. The jobs will be assigned by the Committee chairs.
