About this Event
St. Brigid's Day, which falls on February 1st, marks the beginning of spring in Ireland. Celebrated across Ireland, communities with Irish heritage, and around the globe; St. Brigid's Day blends ancient Celtic traditions with Christianity to honor Ireland's female patron saint of healing, poetry, and inspiration. It is traditionally commemorated with the weaving of Brigid’s Crosses, alongside storytelling, music, and the recognition of women’s contributions to society.
Join ICCCVan and the Consulate General of Ireland in celebrating St. Brigid's Day with an inspiring evening recognizing the achievements of Irish women in business in British Columbia. The event will offer advice and tips from successful Irish Women in business to future business leaders. All are welcome - this event is not exclusive to women.
The evening will feature networking opportunities and a panel discussion with three highly accomplished Irish women who have built successful careers and businesses in BC and Ireland. Through honest and engaging conversation, our panelists will share their personal journeys, key lessons learned, and practical advice attendees can apply to their own professional paths.
This event is ideal for entrepreneurs, professionals, and anyone seeking inspiration, connection, and tangible takeaways.
