St Brigid Cross Making Workshop with Katriona Design x BSOA Art Shop

Come join us at the Art Shop on January 30, 2026 at 3:00 PM for a fun and creative workshop celebrating St Brigid’s Day, where you’ll learn how to make your own traditional St Brigid’s Cross using freshly collected rushes from Donegal with Katriona Designs.

Katriona Design is a Donegal-born artist based in Belfast. Her work is a vibrant mix of colour, pattern, and typography, evoking nostalgia across print, hand-painted, and digital mediums.

Alongside the workshop, Katriona will be selling a limited selection of her prints, available exclusively on the day.

All materials are provided, and no prior experience is needed just come along and enjoy the craic and traidtion of cross making!
