Second Course: Cauliflower Purée with Walnut-Gruyère Toast
Silky cauliflower soup drizzled with white pepper oil, served alongside a crisp toast layered with walnut and melted Gruyère.

Third Course: Quadrupel-Glazed Pork Ribs with Cherry-Thyme Jus and Parsnip
