Slaithwaite Striders are proud to bring you the Darkwood Demon for its 2nd year!This 6-mile race gives you a taste of the beautiful Colne Valley trails, taking in fantastic views whilst enjoying all sorts of terrain - towpath, woodland, bridleway, moorland, muddy bog and road. A challenging climb to the top of Cupwith Hill turns into a fast descent towards the finish and well-earned refreshments. 6.0 Miles, 950 feet / 9.4km, 290 metres. 85% Trail, 15% road. Prizes for top 3 male & female. On the day spot prizes.
