Update: The leadership is very open to resuming oval racing next season, and to encourage that they agreed to reduce the practice fees for this event to just $20 for driver and $10 for all others. Let's expand the invitation to include Caged Predators, Box Stocks, and Beginner Box.
Unfortunately, the track and grid layout is just too tight to safely support 125's, 250's or Open Cage Karts.
Just a reminder, to comply with our Use Permit, all karts must have mufflers. Oil and fuel recovery tanks are required to help preserve the asphalt.
I'm going to have Dale set up a practice for us Sept 14 on the pavement oval out at SRK. Catch cans and mufflers required, $40 per kart (non member), $10 for additional pit passes. Bring your Sr4 and UAS karts out to see how you like it and get an idea if we would like to have a few races out there in the future.
