Trimurti Temple announces the reopening of Sri Vishalakshi Devi Sannidhi after renovation, on the 20th of September. The Sannidhanam is embellished in the ancient Pallava and Chola architectural styles, dating back to the 11th Century and earlier. One of the salient features of the construction is that the four sides of the Vimanam (rooftop) carry four different depictions of Sri Vishalakshi Devi. Kashi Vishalakshi on Her simha in the front (South-facing); Kaumari on Her peacock on the West; Brahmani on Her Annam on the North and Indrani on Her elephant on the East. The four corners will each have two Simhams.
