About the Instructor:
Growing up in Sri Lanka Natalie Sullivan learned to love the spicier side of cuisine and inherited a passion for cooking from her mama.
Natalie's interest in fermented foods began after I married my husband and came to live in Austin with its hippy love for all things fermented. Those who know me are never surprised to usually find something fermenting in every corner of her kitchen. Natalie teaches many different fermentation classes at SHK, make sure to check out her next offering.
