This week's SRG Saturday group runs will be the Budgie Smuggler runs.The 5km goes up Wheatsheaf rd turning right onto Panalatinga rd, continue straight to St Vincents View through the trail at the end to and turn right onto Kimbley rd. At States rd turn right returning to the park via Wheatsheaf rd.
The 10 km goes up Wheatsheaf rd turning right onto Panalatinga rd, turning right onto Emu Creek lane through the trail at the end to and continue up Kimbley turning right on Upper Pennys Hill rd. Turn left at States rd and right onto Penneys Hill rd, then right onto Collins Parade through to Doctors. Returning to the park via States and Wheatsheaf rd.
A longer 20km run starts earlier for an initial 10k before looping back to the park to join the 10km runners.
