It's time for our monthly 'Away run' when we'll be heading down to the river at Noalunga Downs.Both of the 5km and 10km runs start along the trails until we reach the Coast to Vines trail, with the 5km runners running down to the bridge and then back along the river's edge, while the 10km runners run up to River Road for a loop through Old Noarlunga before also returning along the river's edge.
There is also a 19.4km run which starts earlier.
