About this Event
Squatting is one of the most beneficial full-body lifts you can do, but it's also one of the most challenging to perfect. In this workshop, we'll dig deep into squats to help you lift heavier and smoother.
We will cover:
- Squat mechanics. What is the goal of squatting and why do we do it?
- Coaching cues. What micro improvements can we make to improve squatting outcomes?
- Mobility gaps. What happens when form breaks down due to limited range of motion, aches, pains, etc.
- Programming. How should you program squatting and accessory movements to help facilitate stronger squats?
This is a hands-on workshop. Expect to learn and move.
