On November 3rd, 2025, Spruce MD will be hosting our next Spruce Social as a book club to discuss “Glucose Revolution” by Jessie Inchauspé, also known as the Glucose Goddess.
Glucose Revolution explores how blood sugar impacts nearly every aspect of our health — from energy and mood to cravings, weight, sleep, and long-term wellness. Through practical tips and engaging visuals, Inchauspé offers science-backed strategies to balance glucose and improve overall metabolic health.
We will discuss the following topics:
