CHARITY EVENT RAISING MONEY FOR DEMENTIA ADVENTURE.
Group run and coffee social hosted by Sprout Health Foods.

There is an option for making a donation to Dementia Adventure plus all proceeds from the post run coffee morning go to the charity.
KEY INFO :
Meet at Sprout Health Foods (side gate to courtyard) ready to depart at 9am.
4.5KM ROUTE
A loop of Fistral Beach via coast path. Starting and finishing at Sprout.
Mixed terrain : sand, uneven coast path, a few steps and some pavement.
As a guide all participants should be confident they can run the distance of 4.5km at a slow and steady pace.
2.2KM ROUTE
A family social run, with a shorter loop taking beginner runners, kids and parents from Sprout to the Huer's hut and back.
All children taking part must have a supervising adult with them for the length of the run. One registration per family is adequate via the event link below.
IT'S NOT A RACE. For all those that want to get active, get healthy and have fun.
Be ready to set off at 9am and dress appropriately for the weather.
REFRESHMENTS:
Discounted teas, coffee and hot chocs available along with a host of sweet and savoury snacks.
PARKING:
Closest car park - Manor Road (max 5 min walk)
FREE road parking (2 min walk) - The Crescent / Beachfield Avenue / Cheltenham Place.
