No matter your age, experience and knowledge of sprints. If you can run you can be here every other Sunday. We work on building strength, athleticism and speed all in one. This is programmed in a way to cater to any and every age. There is nothing better than being outside on a Sunday morning. After sprints, it is optional to join us at Playa Bowls for smoothies as our post workout together! I cannot wait to see you change your body composition and strength with - sprints.
