Friday - MARCH 7, 2025
Race package pick-up at Ski Uphill Run Hill from 10 am to 6 pm.
Extra goodies for those who pick up early… just sayin'!
Saturday - MARCH 8, 2025
7:30 am - 9:30 am: Race package pick-up
10:00 am: 10k race start
12:00 pm: Kids' race start
12:30 pm: Awards and prizes
THE RACE:
Sprint the Spit begins at the Railway Museum in Skwxwú7mesh / Squamish, leading runners from the pavilion to the Pacific Ocean at Átl'ka7tsem / Howe Sound.
The course starts on smooth asphalt, then moves to flat crushed gravel on Spit Rd, following the Skwxwú7mesh River past estuary wetlands, Tantalus Provincial Park, and Átl'ka7tsem / Howe Sound.
Runners will turn back north at the ocean's edge, heading back to the Railway Museum... and the post-race celebration!
