Join us for our 8th Annual 5K Run/Walk and our 1st Annual 5K Swim! Sign up for one, the other or both! There is also a FREE 1/4 run for youth ages 10 and under. Immediately following the race is Healthy Kids Day, a national YMCA initiative to improve the health and well-being of kids and families. A variety of vendors, snacks and free activities are planned.
