SPACES ARE 8 FT TABLES
SPACES ARE FOR VENDORS
All merchandise and display equipment must fit in the marked space (ONLY). There will be no storage
area supplied. Vendors must ensure there are no disruptions emitting from their booth. Vendors ARE
NOT ALLOWED to block the aisle ways by sitting outside their booth space, please plan your layout
accordingly.
Vendors are solely responsible for the set up starting at 10 a.m. and breakdown of their space after
5p.m.
Vendors are solely responsible for their own belongings and if anything is damaged, lost, or stolen it will
be to no fault of the facility and/or sponsor.
The facility and/or sponsor will not carry any form on insurance for anything that is damaged, lost, or
stolen.
All transactions between the Vendor and customers are the responsibility of the Vendor. Vendor must
have their own change funds. The customer has the right to request and receive a receipt.
Vendor shall protect, maintain, save and hold harmless the Slidell Auditorium, its officers, agents,
servants and employees from and against any and all claims, demands, expenses and liabilities arising
out of any property which may occur in or about the venue (including any portion thereof which Vendor
has not been given the right to occupy or use pursuant to the terms of this Agreement) or which may
arise or in any way grow out of any act or omission of Vendor, it agents, invitees and patrons’ use and
occupancy of venue.
There will be no refunds, and booths are not transferable.
