Springtime Sourdough Workshop with Dried Herb & Floral Bar
Come join us at Mojica Family Farm for a hands-on workshop where you'll learn the secrets of making delicious sourdough bread from scratch! Kaelin of Radloff Homestead will guide you through the entire process, from creating and maintaining your starter to shaping and baking the perfect loaf. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned baker, this event is perfect for anyone looking to elevate their bread-making skills. This class will have a fun springtime twist! There will be the option to add dried herbs and/or edible florals to your loaf. Don't miss out on this opportunity to master the art of sourdough!
What to Expect:
- When you arrive, you will have the opportunity to stroll the Farm & meet all the farm animals ~ Highland Cattle (we have calves!), Goats, Donkeys & Babydoll Sheep
- Take as many Photos as you like!
- Head into the barn for light snacks & drinks
- Enjoy a night of Hands-On learning & fun
