Join us to create one of our springtime favorites: Ravioli ai Piselli con Burro al Limone. Grown in the southern region of Sicily, the Spring Pea is one of the most eye catching plants in the region. With its display of magnificent purple hues, and their sweet powerful aromas, it's no wonder the Spring Pea soared throughout the world as a staple ingredient for spring. Honoring this delicacy, our Chef of La Scuola has formulated a delicious yet simple sweet spring pea ravioli, dressed in a refreshingly light lemon-butter sauce. This dish is expertly paired with complimentary wine chosen by our wine experts. We invite you to join us in celebrating the change of the seasons with this delectable dish!
