As winter loosens its grip and day meets night in perfect balance, join Meggan Emily & Friends in a sacred circle of song, ceremony and shared presence. A reverent soundscape will be woven through mantras, folk songs and original music that connect us to the seasons, our guides, Mother Gaia and Source.
Through breath work and meditation, we will listen deeply to the rhythm of our natural world and offer back a co-creation of healing sounds. All are welcome! Arrive prepared to sit for an extended period of time. Lyrics will be provided for those who are called to sing.
