On behalf of Freestyle Manitoba and the organizing committee, we extend a warm invitation to our Springhill Big Air 2025.
The Big Air event will be a safe and closed off area at Springhill that will feature all levels of jumps that will accomodate FUNdamentals athletes in their own low pressure environment, but also have an opportunity to see some awesome inverts and off axis tricks from the older crew as well! Freestyle Manitoba really believes in mentorship, and this format brings together the younger kids training the whole morning with the older crew and higher level coaches. In the afternoon will be 3 jumps, and our provincial organization ensures there will be appropriate jump sizes for ALL RIDERS! We’ll have a tonne of cool prizes, medals and Freestyle MB schwag as well, so come on out and support our local hills!
Join us for an awesome full day event that will showcase the best athletes on snow in MB, and there will be a best trick demo right after with the coaches!
REGISTRATION & COMPETITION RULES
Registration: Registration field size will be limited to 40 athletes after which names will be put on a waiting list. All registration spots are first come first serve.
Registration Deadline is SUNDAY, February 2 @ 10am, 2025
*Parents must be PRESENT TO SIGN ONLINE REGISTRATION*
Athletes (families) are responsible for their own registration.
Coaches should ensure that all athletes registering for the event can safely get up a rope tow and are competent to hit boxes and higher features.
Entry Fee: $40.00 per athlete plus SnowReg fees.
Payment: Athletes are required to pay registration fees online at time of registration.
**Please bring 20$ CASH for REFUNDABLE bib deposit*
Athlete License / Membership: All athletes must have a valid Freestyle Canada license to compete. Club level or higher membership is required. LIMITED PARTICIPATION FREESTYLE

AWARDS on Deck AFTER 4pm
Age Categories Athlete’s age for the purpose of categories is determined by their age on December 31, 2024. Medals will be awarded for BOTH Male & Female categories.
Categories will be ultimately DETERMINED UPON REGISTRATION numbers but SHOULD be :
Male - 16+, 15U, 13U, 10U
Female - 15+, 14U, 10U
