The Springfield Thunderegg Rock Show is an annual event put on by the Club to show the community the wonders of geology, the treasures of our state, and to raise money for our geo-science scholarships for high school graduates and college students. The show features a blacklight display, children's games and activities, a silent auction, vendors with rocks and minerals from all over, and a club operated rough rock room.
