Springfield's annual nod to active and veteran military personnel is set for Feb. 22, presented by King Gray. For a fourth consecutive season, an Air Force Thunderbird-inspired sweater will be worn, the last in the four-year series. Portions of jersey auction funds will benefit local military charities.
The first 3,000 fans will take home special T-Birds aviator sunglasses.
