The origin of this German cookie recipe dates back to the 14th century.In this 3 hour workshop you will learn the process of making Springerle cookies, taste a variety of Springerle cookies flavors (yum!), and emboss your own cookies to take home and bake. Along with the tray of cookies you will take home three recipes and tips for success. Your Springerle are sure to become a favorite Christmas treat in your own family.

Jane Green shared her generations old Springerle recipe with her niece, Shannon Dattilo. Now they have teamed up to share their knowledge and love of this special Winter-time treat with us.
