About our own private waterfront oasis:
The Palma Sola Bay house is serenely situated on one acre of land; a sprawling backyard with a lush lawn and tropical landscaping leads to 150 feet of pristine waterfront and a private dock. Pulling up to the house you will be greeted by plenty of lovely tropical flora and a beautiful view, a peek into the backyard oasis through the jasmine-formed archway. This home welcomes you inside with its elegant brick structure and hardwood floors. As soon as you walk in, you will be met by a huge wall of windows, a gourmet kitchen, and a living space that opens into the lanai.
This gorgeous private home offers several rooms in the main house, perfect for couples and those seeking their own private accommodation, plus an on-property guest house with additional rooms.
The center of the outdoor activities is the 2000+ square foot travertine pool deck that surrounds the pool and spa and connects the two units. Patio chairs, loungers, tables, and shade umbrellas are located throughout the space. You will absolutely love the backyard ambiance; the sunsets are incredible, either from the comfort of the heated pool and relaxing spa, the private dock on the pool deck, or the upstairs main house balcony. Take the path leading from the pool deck towards the bay and walk out onto the private dock, where you can look out for some of the amazing wildlife.
The property location is only minutes from the white sands of Anna Maria Island and Perico, Neal, and Robinson preserves. Walking distance to the Holmes Beach Causeway and public transportation. Convenient to restaurants, movies, shopping, and the local beaches.
Getting There:
Fly into Tampa (less than an hour away) or Sasasota (25 minutes away). Location is a beautiful home on Palma Sola Bay in Bradenton, FL. Rent a car, Uber/Lyft or contact us if you need help with ground transport.
Menu:
All meals are organic, seasonal, and made with fresh ingredients. Dishes are homemade creations from Emily Proctor, a local plant-based chef, and include a nourishing welcome dinner, two lively lunches, and a Cinco De Mayo fiesta dinner on our final night. They are plant-based with gluten-free and allergy accommodations. Meals are made with love. In addition, the kitchen will be full of vibrant foods for breakfast, juices and snacks. Shopped and stocked with love.
